Mustock

LIGNUM, VA -- 7/23/16 -- Denise Hanchard-Blackwell and her husband, David Blackwell, of Rockville, laugh with each other as they pull together dinner on the grill. They started attending Miustock in 2002, then stopped for awhile and have now come back.
Mustock is a private music festival hosted by DC based musician, Mustafa Akbar. Now in it's 17th year, the event started as a fish-fry with Mustafa's mother when she was still living. Originally open to family and close friends, the event has grown steadily, and drew roughly 300 people over the weekend.…by André Chung #_AC22929
