Boston-based Health Leads provides complementary social service support to patients, especially high cost ones – help with food, utilities, transportation to doctors’ appointments, etc. They partner with Johns Hopkins Hospital system in three different programs. The pediatric services program in the Harriet Lane Clinic serves 1200 patients and is an integral part of the services provided at the clinic .…by André Chung #_AC24371
