Mustock

LIGNUM, VA -- 7/24/16 -- Lisa Johnson, of Jersey City, takes in the healing powers of the sun on the morning after the last night of music. People partied through the night, and light sleepers should not attend. Only when the sun came up did things finally quiet down around camp.
Mustock is a private music festival hosted by DC based musician, Mustafa Akbar. Now in it's 17th year, the event started as a fish-fry with Mustafa's mother when she was still living. Originally open to family and close friends, the event has grown steadily, and drew roughly 300 people over the weekend.…by André Chung #_AC14539
