WASHINGTON, DC -- 9/16/13 -- Navy Commander Tim Jirus recounts his experience this morning when the incident began. He heard shots, went outside the building and was speaking with a maintenance worker when he heard two more shots and the worker went down with a shot to the head. Jirus was uninjured and able to get to safety….The FBI takes over the investigation as twelve people are killed and at least 10 wounded by multiple gunmen in a shooting at the Washington Navy Yard.…by André Chung #AC2_1222
