BALTIMORE, MD -- 9/3/15 -- Jonathon (cq) Scott Fuqua is one of the founders of the BAI. The Baltimore Academy of Illustration, which will open its doors on September 14, was founded by three adjunct instructors from MICA, who believe they can offer an alternative education with an emphasis on portfolios and finding work.
