Mustock

LIGNUM, VA -- 7/24/16 -- The crowd thins as the hour gets late, but the party continues. At 1:45 am, fans are up and listening to Ras Lidj and the Deep Band, who play a DC blend of Go-Go and Reggae.
Mustock is a private music festival hosted by DC based musician, Mustafa Akbar. Now in it's 17th year, the event started as a fish-fry with Mustafa's mother when she was still living. Originally open to family and close friends, the event has grown steadily, and drew roughly 300 people over the weekend.…by André Chung #_AC23286
