COLUMBIA, MD -- 3/23/12 - Good gloves and pruners cover the details in a well kept garden....The Howard County Master Gardeners is part of the University of Maryland Extension program, and this club's focus has evolved into stewardship and conservation. Georgia Eacker is the club's Master Gardener Coordinator, Mary Ament Streb is a master gardener and member of Baywise, and Linda Decker-Hartman is the Baywise Coordinator. The three gathered at the home of Mary Ament Streb, who has replaced all the grass in her yard with various types of ground cover.by André Chung #AC1_4219
