Jacqueline Blocker, Engagement Director for Oklahoman’s for Criminal Justice Reform, spends an afternoon on Black Wall Street petitioning for support of SQ 805, a ballot initiative that would eliminate sentence enhancement for non-violent offenses.
Oklahoma incarcerates more people per capita than any other state, and incarcerates women at a rate that ranks second globally.
