LIGNUM, VA -- 7/23/16 -- Mustafa Akbar is the host and personality behind Mustock. He's spent the last 17 years transforming a family fish-fry into a three-day event that features live music, dj's and camping. Even as it has grown it has held onto the intimate family feel.
Mustock is a private music festival hosted by DC based musician, Mustafa Akbar. Now in it's 17th year, the event started as a fish-fry with Mustafa's mother when she was still living. Originally open to family and close friends, the event has grown steadily, and drew roughly 300 people over the weekend.…by André Chung #_AC13979
