WASHINGTON, DC -- 10/27/20 -- Protestors on mopeds and scooters block Georgia Avenue. Police chased Hylton after spotting him riding a scooter on the sidewalk without a helmet. He was killed by a passing car while exiting an alley during the chase.
Protestors gather near 4th District headquarters to protest the killing of Karon Hylton, who was killed during a pursuit, after police saw him riding a scooter on the sidewalk.
Protests have continued unabated since the killing of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor and Ahmaud Arbery by law enforcement and white supremacists..…by André Chung #_AC25475
