BALTIMORE, MD -- SEPTEMBER 16: Ricky Morris, center, Juanita Kane, left, and Monica Lewis, right, exchange stories about the times that they overdosed and nearly died. The trio were standing on a block where several treatment programs and health services cater to people in active addiction and recovery.
