MILWAUKEE, WI -- 8/11/15 -- Yolander (cq) Surveyor, 51 speaks at the dedication of Tracolli Peace Park. Named after her son, Tracolli Surveyor, gunned down December 10, 2014 a block from his house as he walked a family friend home from school. The park was dedicated to peace in his memory.
