MILWAUKEE, WI -- 8/12/15 -- A memorial for 17 year old Breanna Eskridge who was killed in what police say was a targeted shooting. She was killed on the front porch of a close family friend as her twin sister stood next to her. Her boyfriend had been killed the week before. Milwaukee leads the nation in most negative indicators of African-American social problems: educational achievement gaps, incarceration rates, unemployment and segregation.
